Meysam bursts through the door of a pub in a Brandenburg village and stumbles inside, drawing the attention of all present with his striking red hoodie. To avoid ending up back on the street, he offers the grumpy barkeeper and his two regular customers a rigged soccer bet. The prospect of quick money quickly dispels their initial mistrust and prejudice. As they bet together, Meysam soon realizes that he has far more to lose that evening than just money.
